On September 6th, representatives from New York University Stern School of Business, one of the top business schools in the world, met with President Park Sang-Gue to discuss ways to expand collaboration.

The meeting was attended by President Park Sang-Gue, Executive Vice President for Administration Lee Chan-Kyu, Dean of the College of Business and Economics Kim Chang-Bong, Dean of the Office of Faculty and Academic Affairs Lim Sin-Jae, and the Dean of the Office of International Affairs Woo Su-Han. Stern School of Business, which visited CAU that day, is a prestigious research-oriented private business school located in New York. It has produced a total of five Nobel Prize winners and has degree-awarding campuses in New York, Abu Dhabi, and Shanghai. Currently, it sends students to 16 regions around the world and operates the International Business Exchange Program (IBEX) with a total of 17 partner universities.

The event was conducted in the following order: ▲Introduction of our university ▲Screening of the University promotional video ▲Discussion on ways to expand collaboration ▲Presentation of souvenirs ▲Group photo session ▲Campus tour.

JP Eggers, the Dean of the Stern School of Business, stated, "The student exchange program between the two universities will provide even more opportunities for current students. I have high expectations for future collaborations with Chung-Ang University."

CAU plans to continue strengthening its collaboration framework and expand the scale of student exchanges in the future through exchanges with overseas research-focused graduate schools, similar to the discussions on cooperation with the Stern School of Business. In line with our mid- to long-term development plan, CAU2030+, we seek to promote the cultivation of global talent by establishing agreements with foreign universities.

President Park Sang-Gue stated, "Today's discussions will serve as the first step in the exchange between CAU and the Stern School of Business," and added, "I will work hard to establish a broad collaboration framework as part of our strategy to strengthen overseas global partnerships. I look forward to active exchanges with the Stern School of Business."
